Here we present a fine exemplar of De Rosa Professional, probably one of the most iconic classic bicycles ever. It was made by Ugo de Rosa, the legendary frame builder from Milan, Italy. The frame and fork are made of Columbus SLX steel tubes, the racing level equipment with inner helical reinforcements. Beside a very classic frame geometry, this bicycle shows a lot of beautiful details, like the De Rosa symbolic hearts on the fork crown, on the brake bridge and underneath the bottom bracket, the 'De Rosa' engraved on the dropouts or indeed the seat stay caps.
This bike has been built with very classic approach, yet the performance aspect is very modern indeed. It is equipped with the best parts of the time - Campagnolo Record groupset with 9-speed Ergopower shifters. Some of them also stem from the iconic C-Record gruppo like the beautiful crank or the front derailleur.
Our Professional is even more special though. It is because of the splendid condition it is in. The paintjob is original yet really fresh looking and it also shows on the parts, which did not done many miles for sure.
