Gion was a brand of the famous Italian frame builder with a nickname Ciöcc - Giovanni Pelizzoli. He produced frames under his own name, Conti and - Gion. It is quite rare brand. Some say that it lasted for a year or so and just a few hundreds frames were made.

This Gion is a small sized touring bike with great potential for versatility. It is designed for cantilever brakes and thanks to a decent clearence, you can fit up to 30 mm tyres or slightly narrower with mudguards.

The frame itself is well made with cutout lugs and some fancy details like the internal routing of the rear brake cable, forged dropouts or the smooth rear brake bridge.
