Beschreibung

p>Giovanni Pelizzoli – nicknamed "Ciöcc", which in the dialect from Bergamo means spike or nail – is well known worldwide thanks to his Ciöcc bikes, which he manufactured from 1969 to 1980. Monuments like the Iper, San Cristobal and Mockba left his workshop in northern Italy and soon became widely esteemed for a particular attention to details and meticulous craftsmanship. As a frame designer he was responsible for Olympic podium bikes and successful pro team machines. Even though the brand Ciöcc was soon handed over to other managers, their production stayed true to the legacy. Excellent road bikes were made, just like our Ciöcc Falco.

Our bike here is based on a frame which is strong as an ox and it still has its original paintwork and decals.
The frame is made of heat treated Deda Zero tubes, which were about some of the best tubes available. To give the tubes as little stress as possible, the main triangle was finely constructed, using a combination of soldering and tig-welding. Regarding the components, some fine Campagnolo stuff is what found its way onto the frame. The bike is a perfect machine for many kinds of riding, from weekend jaunts to daily commuting.

The bike has been checked in our workshop and is ready to go.
