Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.
Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, most racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.
This Colnago Super frame dates back to 1975 and is in original condition, with original paintwork and decals and a chromed 1970s fork. The bike is equipped with Campagnolo Nuovo Record parts, including the original pedals!
The classic combination of the Super with Campagnolo components is vastly sought after for its appeal as well as its riding characteristics.
The right choice for all Colnago lovers. Suitable for Eroica events.
