Colnago Super Vintage Road Bike 1973

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and his signature model for more than a decade - the Super.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, many racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.

This Colnago Super dates back to the 1970s – approx. 1973 – and underwent a fully refurbishment: new paint and new decals. The bikes is fitted with top class Campagnolo Nuovo Record parts, Universal brakes, Nisi rims, Colnago saddle and 3ttt stem and bars.

Thoroughly checked by our mechanics, this Colnago Super is ready to tackle the Eroica Strade Bianche.
