Beschreibung

The Swiss company Condor was founded as early as 1893 by the brothers Scheffer and through his long history became best known for their high quality bicycles and motorbikes.
One of those excellent products of Swiss precision is our Condor Classic Road Bike from 1979.

The frame is formed by lugged Reynolds 531 tubing, the legendary steel that probably provided the more cycling victories than any other alloy.
Regarding the geometry, it has been adapted to a brand new groupset of its days, the Shimano Dura Ace EX with AX crankset. The special pedal axle allowed for the feet to rest 1.5cm deeper while still allowing for a lot of cornering clearance.

As a result, the frame builders were able to cut the seat tube 1.5 mm shorter, thus making the front triangle stiffer and the whole bike more aerodynamic.
The result of combining a precisely manufactured Swiss frame with the reliability of Shimano's best groupset is as solid a bike as you could wish for.

Everyday rides, the Bergkönig in Gstaad or L'Eroica in Tuscany, this bike makes it all evenly fun!
