Beschreibung

Eddy Merckx Bicycles have always been admired for their perfection, their reliability and their success in racing.

One of their models was the Eddy Merckx Strada. Built with Columbus tubing, this bike model often sported one specialty which was made popular in professional racing by Phil Anderson: It was possible to get this model with a very slack seat tube angle of only 71.5°. This helped large riders as well as those who were looking for some extra cushioning on rough roads like pavé sections.

Our Strada is exactly one of those models. With its rather flat seat tube and a Campagnolo groupset, it is perfectly fit for all kinds of riding, including L'Eroica, since the groupset with externally routed cables and downtube shifters makes it eligible.
As an extra, the wheels are completely new, including ultra smooth hubs, new old stock Mavic rims, and Sapim race spokes.
The rest of the bike is completely checked through, lubed and adjusted. So it is good for many rides to come.
