F. Moser Leader SC Classic Road Bike 1980s

From the factory to the starting line and vice-versa. This what has always distinguished the brand established by legendary Francesco Moser in the 1980s. The know-how learnt in professional racing helped the former Italian cyclist and his brothers to produce some of the finest racing bicycles of their time.

The Leader SC is a very sturdy, top class racing bicycle. The fillet brazed frame is made of Oria GM00 tubes and has a classic geometry with the twist of a prolonged seat tube which requires a special internally clamped seat post. Francesco Moser himself rode a similar model until he retired around 1987.

This F. Moser Leader SC is equipped with great Campagnolo components throughout. The parts are formed by C-Record components, including set of iconic Delta brakes.

This particular F.Moser Leader AX arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in impeccable, original condition and masterly illustrates a very typical 90s racing galore. The bike is furthermore fitted with top-class Campagnolo Chorus parts and has been fully inspected by our mechanics.
