Beschreibung

In 1919 in Cuneo near Torino, Piemont, a man called Sancineto started a bike building business. Many years later his grandson Gianni Sancineto ran the business and shaped bikes of rare elegance and strength. The family not only built bikes for some professional teams but also for the Italian track cycling national team. The latter exactly in the time when our Gianni Sancineto Classic Road Bike was made.

The frame is built from lugged oversized steel tubing. The material is Columbus Neuron a very sophisticated steel tubing with elaborated butted sections. It is a perfect choice for lightweight yet very stiff frames. And our frame is very elegant on top - just take a look at those perfectly exercised shot-in seat stays!

The paintjob on this ride was made by Carlo Dossena, the master painter who is also responsible for the great colours you find on Casati bikes.

You would like high-end Italian componentry to go with this tasty frame? We serve you a complete Campagnolo Chorus groupset which performs to a level which is worthy of this piece of steel.

As usual: we package carefully and ship worldwide with FedEx or FedEx Express.
