Peugeot PH18S Vintage Ladies Bike 1982

The right bicycle for the daily commuting without renouncing style with a vintage touch! This Peugeot PH 18S stems from 1982 and arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in very nice and original condition. The "S" model differes from the standard one by a lighter alloy crankset or the quick release hubs instead of threaded nuts. The frame is made of Peugeot Carbolite 103 steel tubes welded together and it has the stable "mixte" geometry with two parallel sloping top tubes. This makes the bike extremely rigid in the back for efficient power transfer but softer in the front to smoothen up the bumps.

This Peugeot in the light blue almost lavender paintjob has been completely checked, serviced and when necessary, parts have been exchanged for brand new ones.

Handmade in France, this particular Peugeot PH 18S embodies the solid reputation of old Peugeot bicycles with the "Mixte" geometry: stable and sportive!
