Giovanni Pelizzoli – nicknamed "Ciöcc", which in dialect from Bergamo means "spike" – is known worldwide thanks to his Ciöcc bikes, which he manufactured from 1969 to 1980. Monuments as the San Cristobal and Mockba left his workshop in northern Italy and became soon widely esteemed for a particular attention to details and meticulous craftsmanship.
Since 1983 Mr Pelizzoli has produced a limited amount of frames in his atelier, just as this Pelizzoli pista. The frame from Columbus tubes is obviously made for track racing and it is very well made indeed. Is has been professionally refurbished and is therefor in very nice condition. The Ofmega headset is included.
