Description
Moulton bicycles have a special spot among other British cycling brands and brands worldwide after all. Alex Moulton was a British engineer and ingenious inventor who designed plane engines during the World War II, introduced rubber suspension to car mass production and even started a whole new bicycle concept.
All these qualities merged in Moulton bicycles we know today. They could be characterized as small wheeled, universal and often separable bicycles with extremely rigid space frame and full suspension. But one word would descride them better - iconic. All the frames are still made by hand in England by a small and well skilled team.
Moulton TSR Town is a classic 'go anywhere bicycle'. With space frame using Columbus Spirit and Reynolds 525 steel and both front and rear suspension it smoothens any surface but has plenty of agility.
It offers a wide range of ratios thanks to Sram 9-speed shifting. You can also rely on the powerful Tektro V-brakes.
And of course if you want to load it into your car or simply store it in tight space, it is easy to separate. Just remove the central "kingpin" screw and that's it.
As a bonus we have upgraded this Moulton in British racing green with fine San Marco Evo saddle and MKS Stream Japanese pedals.
