Description
Jan de Reus was a talented framebuilder from Amsterdam, Netherlands. He continued the bussiness of his father, who founded Cycles Jan de Reus back in 1937. The bikes made by Reus were always of high standard. Some of them are simply stunning pieces of frame building, with meticulous attention to detail. He even constructed stage winning bikes on grand tours, when Theo Smit rode Gazelle labeled Reus to victory in 2 Tour de France stages in 1975. Our Reus is a mid range model featuring nice cutout lugs and presumably Reynolds tubing.
