Beschreibung

Motobécane was one of the most famous French manufacturer of bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, and other small vehicles, established in 1923. "Motobécane" is a compound of "moto", slang for motorcycle; "bécane" is slang for "bike." They became more known to an international public by their sponsoring of professional teams and winning the Tour de France.
This classic Motobecane Grand Jubilé road bike from the 1970s is an example of a fine and high-end model from the French manufacturer. Constructed using Reynolds 531 tubing and Nervex Professional lugs and Campagnolo dropouts, the frame is of high standard; details illustrate the fine skills of Motobécane's frame-builders.
This Grand Jubilé comes in the original golden paintjob which shines under the Sun. As for the equipment, some nice and well functioning parts from Simplex, Huret, Weinmann or Pivo foud their way on this bike.
Fully checked by our mechanics in Berlin, this rather majestic 1970s machine is a great choice for every day rides or the next vintage cycling event.
