Description
Located in Cuneo (Piedmont, Northern Italy), C.B.T. Italia has produced high-end racing bicycles since the early 1980s, when Guido Tardivo joined the family business that his father Giovanni had established thirty years before. (Costruzioni Bici Tardivo)
This C.B.T. Italia Millennium, as the name suggests, stems from the early 2000s. As the new materials dominated the market, also our the frame is made of oversized aluminium tubing, painted in rather flamboyant array of colours, something which is very typical for C.B.T.s since the 90s.
It comes equipped with Campagnolo Xenon, an entry level 9-speed groupset which despite the lower cost performed very well and offered high quality for amateur riders. The rest of the parts fits the bike perfectly like the blue anodized Ambrosio rims or the ITM cockpit.
A great early aluminium racer!
