Description

Alan was founded in Italy by Falconi Lodovico in 1972. The name ALAN is a composition of the names of his son ALberto and his daughter ANnamaria. And also stands for ALuminium ANodised. ALAN is best known for lugged aluminium and carbon fiber bicycle frames.

Alan collected such an expertise on the field of quality aluminium and carbon fiber frames, that many other brands simply bought frames from Alan and had them re-branded. Colnago might be the most famous one.
The Alan frames were particularly successful when it got rough and muddy. Their cyclocross bikes won no less than 20 (sic!) world championship titles. A series without comparison.

What we present to you here is a classic 1970s Alan frame, equipped with a choice of high quality parts, including a Campagnolo Record shifting.

An Eroica-ready bike for friends of classy aluminium frames. Checked, lubed and ready to go.
