Description
Anselmo Special classic road bicycle from the 1980s. Anselmo was an Italian brand based on the Ligurian coast which produced high-quality road bicycles during the 1970s and 1980s.
As most of Anselmo´s frames, this one has been built by Giovanni Losa, an expert frame builder from Erba (close to Milan) who also built several frames for Cinelli (including the Super Corsa from the 1990s until 2008) and Magni, among the others. That is easily recognisable from the refined engravings on the lugs - the particularity of each Losa´s frame.
Regarding the tubing, this Anselmo is made of Columbus SL tubes with a grooving for the rear wheel to shorten the wheel base. This road bicycle is furthermore equipped with a Campagnolo Super Record group set.
Definitely a rarity...
