Austro Daimler Ultima classic bicycle. Austro Daimler was a premium branch of the Austrian bicycle manufacturer Puch. 'Ultima' was the top of the line model of Austro Daimler. The wonderful lugs, chromed fork crown or a long Campagnolo dropouts are the fine details to admire. The old badge of Reynolds 531 on the seatpost shows its wrinkles of age without a shame. Because this bicycle has the aura of history around itself. The tubes themselves are made of fine manganese–molybdenum alloy, material similar to the one of which the classic Jaguar E-Type was made in the 60s and they are in excellent condition.
The frame has its companion in a Shimano 105 groupset. This perhaps a bit unusual combination forms the honest unit with a clean look and uncompromised functionality.
