Description
Cicli Bassan was a bike manufacture and is still a traditional bike shop in Abano Terme, near Padua.
One of their offsprings is this beautiful and typical Italian racing bike from 1985. This masterly crafted bike unites two of the most distinct features of the classical Italian road bike from the 1970s and 1980s: It is the slim, short frame of Columbus SL 'Cyclex' tubing and the legendary Campagnolo Super Record groupset (of the last generation).
The attention to detail can be detected on every joint. The nicely shaped lugs, embellished by pantographs and the shiny chromed stays speak for themselves.
This is a bike for someone who is looking for a really classic Italian steel racer in a small size - A perfect bike for L'Eroica!
