Description
Giovanni Battaglin was not only a great stylist as a rider but also an innovative producer of absolute top class racing frames. In fact, a great margin of the legendary Italian steel frames from the 1980s and 1990s had been produced in his manufacture in Bassano del Grappa, many of which for other famous companies.
So to no surprise, this Battaglin ARN racing classic road bike is extremely well made.
The classic geometry is formed and dominated by a slightly oversized tubing. The Dedacciai CroMo tubes have been assembled and TIG-welded to become a frame of extraordinary strength.
This frame was made with, strong riders in mind and it radiates a feeling of utter stability and reliability. No speed wobbles in sight when riding this beast!
If you are looking for a classic bike with a super strong main triangle - this piece is a great catch.
The parts can keep up with the frame: Campagnolo Chorus is what found its way on this bike. The little brother of the Record became the most popular of Campagnolo's groupsets, due to its reliability and great performance.
This bike is equally great for everyday riding and long weekend adventures.
