Description
When it comes to vintage bicycles, there a few things as iconic as the famous "Bianchi Celeste". Indissolubly connected with the epic victories of Fausto Coppi and Felice Gimondi, the Bianchi paintwork has become a legend through the years.
Many of you out there may have already experienced, how L'Eroica events are literally packed with "celeste bicycles". They are - as proven through the popularity in such events - really sought after by vintage bike lovers around the globe.
The top model in the late 80s and early 90s was the Mondiale. Our exemplar stems from the late 80s when the frame was made of Columbus SL tubing and it shows the typical details like the sloping fork crown with Bianchi logo, Gipiemme dropouts or the chromed chainstay. Still sporting the original celeste paintjob it is a well preserved piece of Italian framebuilding.
Our bike is equipped with Campagnolo Chrous groupset of which most parts are in the rare "graphite finish". And as you can expect from such a high class bike it is also fitted with fine parts like Cinelli cockpit with Record stem or Galli Criterium rims in perfect condition.
Racing frame with rare Camapgnolo parts fully wrapped in original celeste paintjob. What's not to like?
