Description
When it comes to vintage bicycles, there are few brands which are as well known as Bianchi, Italy's oldest manufacturer still in business. Indissolubly connected with the epic victories of Fausto Coppi, Felice Gimondi and many other riders, the Bianchi bikes have become a legend.
As many of you out there may have already experienced at Eroica events, vintage Bianchi bikes are pretty popular and beloved.
Built in the mid 1980s, this Bianchi Campione d'Italia was built using a combination of light and sturdy butted Columbus tubes, including a sloping fork crown and aero-seatstays.
It is equipped with high class Campagnolo components wich are basically formed by a Nuovo Record groupset, a Cinelli cockpit and Mavic rims.
Look at the lugs, and the classy silver Record components. A combination which makes it a perfect bike to tackle the famous Strade Bianche gravel of Eroica.
The bicycle is ready to ride: properly checked and serviced in our workshop by our mechanics.
A blue Bianchi, simply splendid.
