Description

The Bianchi Reparto Corse was Bianchi's special unit for the construction of highest class racing frames. In the 1980s and 1990s, the quality of their production processes trickled down to a number of models, made for the ambitious non-professional rider. Consequently those bikes received a label with the prestigious 'Reparto Corse' logo.
A bike with one of these frames is the one we are presenting here. A Bianchi Mondiale from the 1990s

The frame has been built of excellent Columbus SLX tubing, the lightweight tubing which was still strong enough to cope with the power output of most professional riders in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

What is worth mentioning, too, are the completely chromed fork and chain stays and the typical colour of our Bianchi. It is an intriguing pearly celeste which became the number one paint for Bianchi road bikes in the 1990s.
A groupset consisting of top class Campagnolo parts is installed on this bike which perfects it to a very special Italian road machine. And we think, the components do suit the machine pretty well, don't they?
The elegant Campagnolo C-Record gruppo with its iconic delta brakes are always a feast for the eye.

A bike suitable for proper wall decoration as well as a sprint down your road.
A ride supreme.
