Bianchi Rekord 841 Special Road Bicycle 1980s

Bianchi is one of the oldest manufacturers in the bussines, which are still in existence. Bicycles of this iconic brand are still very popular and highly praised by the collectors all over the world. Bianchi always made a wide range of models, from every day rides to top level racing machines.

This Bianchi Rekord 842 illustrates the typical style of classic Bianchi bikes from the 1980s. The frame still sports the original celeste paintjob with blue decals. Rekord 842 was a mid range model with steel lugged construction. The tubes were not the thinnes nor lightest possible, but what this frame looses in grams it gains in years. The frame is built to last many decades and ensures countless truoublefree hours in the saddle.

As a mid-range model, this lugged steel frame is equipped with some nice parts like the Campagnolo groupset or Bianchi branded parts.

The bike has been checked by our mechanics and where necessary parts have been replaced.
