Description
When it comes to vintage bicycles, there a few things as iconic as the famous "Bianchi Celeste". Indissolubly connected with the epic victories of Coppi, Gimondi, and Argentin the Bianchi paintwork has become a legend through the years.
Many of you out there may have already experienced, how L'Eroica events are packed with members of the "celeste brotherhood". Their bikes are really sought after by vintage bike lovers around the globe.
This Bianchi Rekord 915 shows perfectly the typical Bianchi charm regardless its age. If you are looking for a genuine Bianchi bicycle to take part in cycling events as L'Eroica, this beauty won't disappoint you!
In the mid 1980s when this bike was produced and sold, the ultra rare Argentin paint scheme with black stays was usually something that remained reserved for of Bianchi's top model, the Specialissima X4. The paint on this bike has matured in an interesting way, leaving the celeste part with a fine craquelure optic. The Victory groupset was introduced together with its sibling the Triomphe, as a substitute for the slowly discontinued Campagnolo Super Record and Nuovo Record groupsets. Parts with a more classic, filigree design than C-Record but with a facelift compared to the oldschool Record groupsets
Handle with care: easy to fall in love with!
