Description
When it comes to cycling, there are a few things as iconic as the famous "Bianchi Celeste". Forever associated with the epic victories of Fausto Coppi and Felice Gimondi, the Bianchi paintwork has been a legend of cycling history ever since.
Masterly handmade in Italy by the Bianchi Reparto Corse – the Bianchi racing division - the Bianchi Specialissima has been the pinnacle of the Milanese brand since its launch in the 1960s.
Since then, this racing bike has appealed to thousands of enthusiasts around the globe and has become with its famous "celeste paintwork" an icon of the finest and purest racing and manufacturing tradition.
This Bianchi Specialissima – dates back to 1975 and arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in surprisingly good condition.
Given the great original paint, we decided to preserve the authenticity of this bicycle by cleaning without degrading the unique "patina" of this 42 years old racing machine. A Bianchi water bottle completes this impeccable set up.
A vintage racing bicycle which does not need much words. Simply a Bianchi, pure Italian cycling heritage.
