Description
The Bianchi Reparto Corse was Bianchi's special unit for the construction of highest class racing frames. In the 1980s and 1990s, the quality of their production processes trickled down to a number of models, made for the ambitious non-professional rider. Consequently those bikes received a label with the prestigious 'Reparto Corse' logo.
A bike with one of these frames is the one we are presenting here.
The frame has been built of excellent Columbus TSX Ultralight tubing, specifically made for Bianchi. TSX was a development of the famous SLX tubing with helical reinforcements on the full inner length of the top and down tube.
Apart from the original celeste paintjob there is a lot of chrome with complete rear stays and Columbus EL front fork shining with this durable finish.
Another nice detail is the shifting cable routed neatly through the rear chainstay or the elegant rear brake bridge.
As for the parts, is is equipped with Campagnolo Chorus and Racing T parts with triple chainring allowing you to tacke even the steepest hills much easier. The authentic 90s zest of this bike is further accented by the deep section Campagnolo Zonda wheels.
Great frame made by Reparto Corse, fitted with some fine Campagnolo parts and dressed in the iconic celeste paint - what's not to like?
