This Billato classic bicycle is really unique. Billato was one of the best framebuilders and made frames mostly for other Companies. Many big Champions rode in fact Billato-bikes while they were labeled as a different brand.
Billato bikes that are actually branded as Billatos are very hard to find. And here is one - and what a beast it is!
This bike is as exclusive as it gets:
A perfectly preserved pantographed Billato with a smashing red cromovelato paintwork, equipped with the iconic, collectible Campagnolo 50th anniversary Groupset (No. 6930). And albeit it is shiny as pure Mercury it has so much style you would never call it a bling-bling. The parts are simply the best you could get at that time. The classy appearance is sustained by the grey suede on the Bar and the saddle.
The bike is a true masterpiece and a fiery beauty. Not to forget it is a competitive and 100% functional roadbike which can still be ridden in any historic cycling event.
