Description

Since 1972, framesets by Brian Rourke have been hand made in Stoke on Trent, England. They are widely acknowledged to be some of the best frame builders when it comes to made to measure racing frames. Numerous victories have been achieved on a Rourke bike, including World and National titles. More recently, Isle of Man TT legend Guy Martin was triumphant achieving a new British cycle speed record of 112.94mph while riding a Rourke frame.

The typical mark on a Rourke frame have been - and still are today - the wrap-around seat stays. Like on our Brian Rouke Randonneur Adventure Bike, they are gently and perfectly swung around the seat lug and then brazed in place. The frame is a robust yet elegant classic lugged construction, well protected by a thick, almost flat red paint.

The Geometry of this bike is slightly racy. And with its sloping top tube, the frame is very stable. Strong enough to take some extra luggage or racks. More than enough eyelets and bosses are available on it.
You wish for wide fenders? There is enough room.

We equipped the frame with great components the heart of which are formed by a Campagnolo Triple Drivetrain, topped off with Campagnolo Record Titanium shifters. Beautiful and impressive.
You think gravel and adventure bikes are a new invention? Well, think again. The whole concept is already present in this great piece of 1990s English craftsmanship.

Since it has been built up and thoroughly checked in our workshop, you could just mount it and start into a new adventure. To make it easier for you, we already installed a Nitto M12 front rack.
Will your next trip be a weekend ride to unknown places? Will it be a transcontinental journey? - Get in that sexy seat and find out yourself!
