Description
"Our real and unique intent is to build special race bikes, perfect for racers and amateurs". This what Chesini has been doing for more than 90 years in Verona and what has made Chesini a brand renowned worldwide indeed.
Here we present a Chesini Challenge from the early 1990s, one of the first fillet brazed frames manufactured by this Italian brand. By taking a closer look, it is immediately clear that this is a bicycle with a true racing pedigree. The fillet-brazed frame is made of Columbus Thron tubes (a double-butted tubing with thinner wall thicknesses designed for fillet brazing) and not only is light and stiff enough to meet the expectations of high-demanding riders, but also guarantees a good riding comfort, typical of high-end steel frames.
Re the components, this Chesini Challenge is fully equipped with top-class Campagnolo Chorus components.
Completely checked and adjusted. Ready to race! The right choice for all 90s steel frame fans!
