Description
Very rare and hard to find 1960s Cinelli bicycle with fully chromed frame and fork! We got this beautiful bike from an elder amateur cyclist from Berlin who bought the frame new old stock in the early 1970s and built it with the Campagnolo Nuovo Record group from 1972. The frame itself is approximately from 1964. The frame number is 1029. The frame still has the oil port and drain hole on the bottom bracket (the discontinued in 1965). The headbadge is original. The fact that the frame has originally been fully chromed make this bicycle pretty unique! You won't find many of fully chromed Super Corsa bikes by Cinelli from early/mid 1960s at all! We kept it as original as possible and checked everything. The BB, the headset, the hubs,... Everyhting has been cleaned, adjusted and lubricated. We installed new genuine parts like textile ribbon, Campagnolo lever hoods, Continental tires, all cables and a mint chain from early 1970s!
The bike is ready for L'eroica. A must-have for every serious collection!
