Colnago Decor Postmodern Road Bike

Released in the early 1990s, the Colnago Decor was a top of the line model in Colnago's catalog.
The frame is made of high-end CroMoly tubes which were also marketed as 'Colnago tubing' in various thicknesses and soldered at low temperature. The fork usually has straight blades unless the frame is very small like here and is completely chromed, as the typical headtube lugs. This Colnago Decor is in its original condition and shows an iconic airbrush effect paintwork, very typical for all 1990s Colnagos.

We decided to set this small masterpiece up with an extremely well working Campagnolo Groupset from nowadays. The aluminium Veloce keeps the materials authentic and pushed the performance of the bike to a whole new level.
Riding this great 1990s frame with modern parts is fun right from the start. And from every start of a new tour it is again.
