Description

The Colnago Master model line is undoubtedly the evergreen of cycling history. First released in the mid 1980s, five different versions of the Colnago Master were introduced until 1998 ( the Master, Master Più, Master Olympic, Master Light, and Master X-Light).

Thanks to these superb frames, the Italian brand achieved a peak of steel frame design, but on the other hand, the Master also represented the interim end of the steel era in the bicycle industry.

Introduced in 1991, the Master Olympic shares with its predecessors the famous profiled tubes, originally designed by Gilberto Colombo to make the frame stiffer and more reactive. The Olympic distinguished itself for slightly oversized tubes and very eye-catching paint schemes, especially the famous Art Decor pattern.

This particular Colnago Master Olympic illustrates a very iconic flamboyant Decor paint scheme and – of course – the very distinctive Columbus Gilco tubing. As for the components, a complete Campagnolo Record Gruppo and Campagnolo Shamal wheels complete the exquisite setup of this Colnago Master Olympic.

Thoroughly serviced by our mechanics. Ready for the joy of ride.
