Description
Manufactured to celebrate the 1972 world hour record of Eddy Merckx, the Colnago Mexico was one of the most iconic bikes which left the famous factory in Cavenago, Italy. The next step in its evolution became the Colnago Nuovo Mexico, first released in 1982. Built with profiled Columbus SL tubes, the Nuovo Mexico distinguished itself by crimps at the top tube and down tube.
This Colnago Nuovo Mexico dates to 1982 (the first models had the crimps only at the top tube) and still has the original paintwork and decals are original. Fully equipped with a Campagnolo Record groupset, this superb vintage bike also illustrates refined pantographed details.
Completely checked by our mechanics, the bike is ready to hit the gravel roads of your next Eroica adventure!
