Description
Colnago Superissimo is, as the name suggests, an evolution of the legendary Super. It retain many of characteristics of the Super, but it was estheticaly enhance by the chromed heat tube lugs and later the brake cable was also routed inside of the top tube.
This Colnago Superissimo is made of light Columbus SL tubes and the whole frame has been refurbished. It received a purple metallic paintjob with modified decals with a getle gold touch. Perfectly corresponding with the chromed lugs is the fully chromed fork, which has been actually upgraded by the straight bladed Colnago Precisia fork.
As for the components, you will find a blend of Campagnolo Victory and Triomphe parts. In the second half of the 80s, they used to be a popular choice for mid-high ranged bikes as a legacy of the discontinued Super Record and Nuovo Records gruppos.
Our Colnago has also Campagnolo Lambda rims, 3ttt stem and bars and a brand new Rolls leather saddle.
