Description
Few bicycles have influenced the scene as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were comparably heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.
Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance.
Since its launch, uncountable racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.
This Colnago Super stems from the year 1976, featuring a beautiful chromed fork crown with "Colnago" engraved. It has been professionally refurbished in a mild white color, which suits the bike very well.
As for the components, you will find a complete Campagnolo Nuovo Record gruppo with a pantographed seatpost, Ambosio rims and NOS Benotto bartape.
Great choice for all vintage bicycle and indeed Colnago lovers.
