Colnago Super Chromed Road Bike 1980s

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and his signature model for more than a decade - the Super.
It proved to be so popular that it became iconic and THE Colnago bike everybody thought of when the name of Ernesto's brand was dropped.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, many racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by it.

Our Colnago Super dates to early 1980s and it has been fully refurbished and the frame was given a beautiful chrome plating. The fine components are fitted to our Colnago, too - Campagnolo Nuovo Record gruppo, Cinelli leather saddle or leather stitched handlebars. And not just fine, eye catching as well! Almost all parts underwent a gold anodizing treatment.
