Description
Few bicycles have influenced the scene as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were heavy with long wheelbases, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.
Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, most racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.
This Colnago Super dates back to the early 1980s, with a legendary Saronni red paintjob and the best groupset Campagnolo had to offer. To be precise, it has a Campagnolo Super Record groupset. The classic combination of the Super with Campagnolo components is vastly sought after for its appeal as well as its riding characteristics.
This Colnago Super is a great choice for vintage bike lovers. Suitable for any classic cycling event.
