Description
Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.
Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, most racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.
This Colnago Super dates back to the mid 1970s with original components and a paintwork which has been refurbished by the former owner. The bike is equipped with Campagnolo Nuovo Record parts. The classic combination of the Super with Campagnolo components is vastly sought after for its appeal as well as its riding characteristics. On top you can find typical pantographs and fine millings.
Suitable for Eroica events.
