Description

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and his signature model for more than a decade - the Super.
It proved to be so popular that it became iconic and THE Colnago bike everybody thought of when the name of Ernesto's brand was dropped.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, many racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by it.

Our Colnago Super dates back to the 1970s and has a nice extra which consists of the chromed Prugnat head lugs, which are a nice contrast to the black paint. Just like the gold plated front derailleur clamp and the gold anodised rims are.
The bike is fitted with a top class Campagnolo Record groupset which lets the rider get the most out of a 1970s riding experience.

Thoroughly checked by our mechanics, this Colnago Super is ready to tackle the Eroica Strade Bianche or adorn your wall at home.
