Description

The Colnago Super has been THE popular Italian top class bike for many years.
From its humble beginnings as a developed modernised racing bike in the late 1960s to its final phasing out in the 1980s, the Super has inspired many frame builders.
At the same time it helped numerous champions to secure important victories.
Among the important Italian rod bikes of the 1970s, the Super has also proven to be one of the most favourite among collectors.

The Colnago Super we present here stems from this decade. The frame is made of Columbus SL tubes, which are light and strong at the same time. It is equipped with the typical high class Campagnolo groupset the Campagnolo Record with some nice pantographs as on the Chainring and stem.

The paintwork has been refurbished in everybody's popular shade of red. And all the parts have been thoroughly checked and are working.

A bike like this not only adornes every wall, it also is a great steed to tackle the roads of historic bike races on. And be assured that you will turn some heads and harvest compliments galore, when you go on a weekend ride with such a pearl.
