Few bicycles have influenced the scene as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, uncountable racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.

This Colnago Superpantografata stems from the year 1975. It is a bit more special, as the name already indicates. It got several pantographs and brandings so Colnago included this fact into its name. An extra fine feature are also the drilled parts and the chromed headlugs. The latter were only featured for two years and then disappeared for a long time.

The bike is equipped with the best groupset Campagnolo had to offer. To be precise, it has a Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset. The classic combination of the Super with Campagnolo components is vastly sought after for its appeal as well as its riding characteristics.
