Description
Few bicycles have influenced the scene as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were comparably heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and the top model of his 1970s catalogue - the Super.
Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance.
Since its launch, uncountable racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.
This Colnago Super stems from the year 1974, featuring some beautiful details like the chromed fork crown. The paintjob has been refurbished and therefore it is in great condition.
The bike is equipped with the best groupset Campagnolo had to offer. To be precise, it sports a Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset. And then there are some little touches like the milled stem and seatpost, nice Ambrosio rims or the Brooks saddle.
This Colnago is a great choice for cycling enthusiasts, especially those whose hearts beat for masterpieces from the golden age of cycling.
It has been checked and serviced in our workshop and is ready to go!
