Description

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and his signature model for more than a decade - the Super.
It proved to be so popular that it became iconic and THE Colnago bike everybody thought of when the name of Ernesto's brand was dropped.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, many racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by it.

Our Colnago Super dates back to the early 1980s and thus received one of those 'Retinato' paintjobs which were typical for high end Colnagos at that time.
The bike is fitted with a top class Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset including a set of lightened drilled brakes.

Thoroughly checked by our mechanics, this Colnago Super is ready to tackle the Eroica Strade Bianche or adorn your wall at home.
