Description

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling scene as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy, with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a frameset which would become a legend of cycling history and one of the top models of his 1970s and 1980s catalogues – the Super.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes, with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame, the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since the launch, uncountable racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by the Super.

This particular Colnago Super dates back to the 1970s and has been repainted in the 1980s in a blue and white airbrush style. The bike underwent a complete service: parts have been checked and adjusted to make sure it works as fine as it did back in the day.

Regarding the components, this Colnago Super is fully fitted with premium parts: a Campagnolo Nuovo Record Gruppo, Wolber rims, 3ttt bars and stem and a San Marco saddle

Approved for Eroica events worldwide.
