Description

Few bicycles have influenced the cycling industry as much as the Colnago Super. At a time when racing bicycles were averagely heavy with long wheelbases and flat angles, Ernesto Colnago released a bicycle which would become a legend of cycling history and his signature model for more than a decade - the Super.
It proved to be so popular that it became iconic and THE Colnago bike everybody thought of when the name of Ernesto's brand was dropped.

Made of Columbus SL steel tubes - with a shorter, stiffer and lighter frame - the Colnago Super was designed for high-performance. Since its launch, many racing bicycles have been built with a geometry inspired by it.

Our Colnago Super dates back to the 1977 and is pretty much in original condition. The nice matte black paint with contrasting yellow decals leaves as strong an impression as it would have done when it left the manufacture. A bit of patina only adds to the effect of authenticity and grandeur.
The bike is fitted with a top class Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset which lets the rider get the most out of a 1970s riding experience.

Thoroughly checked by our mechanics, this Colnago Super is ready to tackle the Eroica Strade Bianche or adorn your wall at home.
