Description

The >strong>Corradini family started producing racing bikes as early as 1909 and a cycling shop under their name has been continuously run in Reggio Emilia, where they can now look back to a 110 years of company history.
You cannot deny that a certain sense for finesse, elegance and speed on behalf of Corradini becomes obvious when looking at our bike.
This fine racer from ca. 1977 sports a well balanced racing geometry and not only rides like a dream but also looks its part.
The fork crown is among the finest you can find from that time: thin, chromed and adorned by a brazed-on "C" which forms a natural and discrete prolongation. Chromed head lugs and dropouts repeat and reflect the shiny theme. In contrast to the beautiful, unobstrusive blue of the paint, these accents contribute a lot to the stately impression which our Corradini leaves.
The internal cable routing, a rare solution in the 1970s, makes clear that a master frame builder has lavished a good amount of time on this racer.

Functionality and performance are secured by an excellently working Spanish Zeus groupset with Swiss Weinmann brakes.

If you are looking for a rare and fine 1970s road bike, you should take in consideration this remarkable exemplar.
