Description
Cravero lightweight road bicycle from the early 1980s.
Cravero Cicli is an Italian manufacturer and bicycle shop based in Bra (Cuneo, Piedmont) which has been founded in 1980 by the Cravero brothers Paolo and Matteo. Since then, Cravero has produced handmade road bicycle frames.
This Cravero Super is one of the earlier exemplars they produced. The frame is made of light and stiff Columbus tubes featuring the famous aerodynamic 'Air' stays and is equipped with Campagnolo Super Record parts. The attention to details is well noticeable from the engraved lugs, and pantographed components.
A classic bicycle with no compromises: handmade and top class parts, like the light alloy freewheel and the FT-Bologna bottom bracket or the 3ttt aero bars which are wrapped in leather.
In the end the bike is not only plain beautiful, it is also surprisingly lightweight. It weighs in at only 8.4kg!
A perfect chice for L'Eroica or all kind of riding you can think of.
Thoroughly checked and ready to go - or fly we should say.
