Description
Gian Paolo Cucchietti was a former professional cyclist who started building handcrafted road bicycles in 1971. The company still produces custom road bicycles in Cuneo, Italy, to this day.
Their frames were often made by Villata. Giuseppe Villata is one of the most skilled frame builders of Turin. Today Villata is the last one of the old league of Turin artisans who is still running a workshop and is keeping the great heritage of the Torinese manufactures alive.
This model was constructed using Columbus SL tubes and is equipped with great Campagnolo Super Record and Campagnolo Record parts. Besides the fine chromed forks, this Cucchietti includes a series of pantographed details on chainset, seatpost and brake levers.
This Cucchietti is the perfect bike for Eroica events; handcrafted and unique, checked and ready to go.
