De Rosa Professional SLX Ariostea Large Road Bike

Ugo De Rosa is arguably one of the greatest frame builders of all time. Not only did he supply countless champions with his high-end bicycles - but also manufactured masterpieces which strongly influenced the cycling industry, as did the De Rosa Professional SLX.

The Professional SLX is one of the best bicycles of the 1980s. Manufactured with Columbus SLX tubes with inner reinforcements, butted sections and reinforced chain stays, the Professional SLX marked a turning point in the history of De Rosa, creating the link between traditional and modern steel frame design.

This De Rosa Professional SLX has been refurbished and it received a team Ariostea paintwork. But not only that - we have equipped it with Campagnolo Record 8-speed parts. This top level racing groupset is not only pretty, but it really run like a clockwork. To spice things up a bit, we have put the iconic Campgnolo Shamal wheels on.

But let's get to perhaps the main asset of this bike - it is huge! To ride this giant, you should be around 200 cm tall.
